Aflac Holiday Ducks benefit Children's Hospital

Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital is a first-time partner of Aflac Holiday Duck fundraising program this year. Aflac and Macy’s have teamed up for the 12th year to produce and sell the Aflac Holiday Duck with all net proceeds going to support research and treatment for childhood cancer. Sales of Aflac Holiday Ducks at central Pennsylvania Macy’s locations will support pediatric cancer research and treatment at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital.

The 2012 Aflac Holiday Duck, designed by Monica Sandoval, a 16-year-old leukemia patient from Georgia, is adorned with antlers, wintery earmuffs and a cozy red scarf to mark the holiday season. These festive ducks are also available at www.aflacholidayduck.com. The prices are $10 for the 6-inch duck and $15 for the 10-inch version.

Since 2001, the Aflac Holiday Duck has raised $3 million for pediatric cancer research and treatment.
