Screening of 'Bully' to take place Feb. 19

The community is invited to attend a special screening of a documentary on bullying. This screening will take place at noon on Tuesday, Feb. 19, in Swimmer Hall, located in the Williams Building at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus. This event is free and open to the public.

“Bully” is a 2011 documentary about bullying in U.S. schools. Directed by Lee Hirsch, the film follows the lives of five students who face bullying on a daily basis. “Bully” follows a year-in-the-life of America’s bullying crisis and offers an intimate look at how this issue has touched the lives of five children and their families. The documentary highlights solutions that address immediate needs and lead to systemic changes.

Immediately following the screening will be a candid discussion about the documentary. The community is invited to join in and share their opinions on the film and the subject of bullying.
