Penn State Schuylkill Director of Academic Affairs opens the academic year.

Stephen Couch officially opens the beginning of the 2013-14 academic year with his remarks at Convocation. Couch said, "This is an occasion for us to affirm our common values of learning, scholarship, and service, and to invite you to share the challenges we face as we work together to create a true community of learning here at Penn State Schuylkill."
