State College high school students learn the software used to track water quality in the Marcellus Shale region

High school students learn HydroDesktop at Penn State

Penn State Professor Susan Brantley, director of the Earth and Environmental Systems Institute, discusses water monitoring in the Marcellus Shale region with State College Area High School students. The students are learning HydroDesktop software, which isĀ  used to track the data from water quality monitoring, as part of ShaleNetwork, a project by Penn State and several other institutions.
