Heather Luse Bakery 6

Bundt cake batter is measured and poured for baking at the Penn State Bakery facility on the University Park campus. Co-manager Heather Luse oversees the recipe-planning for more than 14,000 cakes annually. The facility provides baked goods to all University Park residence halls, the Creamery, the Bryce Jordan Center and both University hotels.
