With most students enjoying spring break, campus was considerably quieter this week. However signs of life were visible today (March 7), especially at some favorite locations for visitors.

Accompanied by a young fan, Maggie Lucas, along with Marisa Wolfe and other Lady Lions, were cheered today (March 7) as they left the Bryce Jordan Center at Penn State's University Park campus for the Big 10 Women's Basketball Tournament in Iowa. The No. 1 seeded Lady Lions will play Friday against the winner of tonight's game between Minnesota and Ohio State.

Theresa Ritzman, a freshman from State College, served up a bowl of Bittersweet Mint today (March 7) at Penn State Berkey Creamery at University Park.
