Lady Lion Cager Club members Linda Haft, left, and Debbie Diercks handed out pink Penn State Lady Lion basketball shirts to the first 100 students in attendance at the game on Sunday afternoon. The shirts also were on sale elsewhere in the Bryce Jordan Center for $10, with $3 from each sale going to benefit the Mount Nittany Medical Center, Penn State Hershey Cancer Institute, Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition and the Kay Yow/WBCA Cancer Fund, this year's beneficiaries of the Pink Zone fundraising efforts.
Pink Zone Game 4
The Bryce Jordan Center, clad in pink, fills in before the start of the WBCA Pink Zone at Penn State game, which took place on Sunday, Jan. 24. The Lady Lions beat Illinois 70-66. Proceeds from the Pink Zone event's breast cancer awareness apparel and silent auction sales will go toward the Mount Nittany Medical Center, Penn State Hershey Cancer Institute, Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition and the Kay Yow/WBCA Cancer Fund.

Breast cancer survivor Connie Dunklebarger sang the National Anthem at the start of the Lady Lions basketball game vs. Illinois. The game marked the fourth annual WBCA Pink Zone at Penn State game, to raise awareness and money for breast cancer research.
Pink Zone Game 6
The Penn State Pep Band donned pink shirts for the fourth annual WBCA Pink Zone at Penn State game between the Lady Lions and Illinois on Sunday afternoon at the Bryce Jordan Center. The event raised awareness and money for breast cancer research, and honored breast cancer survivors during a special halftime ceremony.
Pink Zone Game 7
The Penn State cheerleaders were decked out in pink for today's Lady Lions basketball game vs. Illinois at the Bryce Jordan Center. The game was the fourth annual WBCA Pink Zone game, and fans, the pep band, dance team and even the players were wearing pink for the occasion. The Lady Lions won the game, 70-66.

Wolff was 3 for 6 from the floor, with one free throw and two rebounds in the Lady Lions' 70-66 victory. The team wore special jerseys trimmed in pink for the fourth annual WBCA Pink Zone at Penn State. Early totals put the amount raised at the event for breast cancer research to be $66,446.24.

Pink Zone Game 11
Breast cancer survivors ringed the basketball court during a halftime ceremony at the Lady Lions game vs. Illinois on Sunday afternoon. The game, the fourth annual WBCA Pink Zone at Penn State, had a record 285 registered breast cancer survivors at the game. The preliminary fundraising total is $66,446.24 for the four Pink Zone charities, Mount Nittany Medical Center, Penn State Hershey Cancer Institute, Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition and the Kay Yow/WBCA Cancer Fund.
