2009 President's Concert 1

Roughly 170 students comprising the Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Philharmonic Orchestra, Concert Choir and Centre Dimensions Jazz Band performed in the third annual President's Concert at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia on Feb. 17.

The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts in center city Philadelphia was the site of this year's President's Concert, a joint effort of the Penn State School of Music and the Penn State Alumni Association. The third annual event was held Feb. 17.

As has become tradition at the annual President's Conference, the evening ended with all student performers and faculty directors took to the stage to lead the audience in the singing of the Penn State Alma Mater.
