Lewis Katz and H. Laddie Montague Jr. admire an ice sculpture rendition of the new building, sculpted for the occasion of the groundbreaking. As was the case with last year's groundbreaking for the building on the University Park campus, the weather cooperated. With temperatures well below freezing, there was no chance the ice sculpture would melt.
