Pegula Ice Arena Groundbreaking 1
The stage was decorated with newly designed Penn State Ice Hockey helmets for the Pegula Ice Arena groundbreaking ceremony on April 20. The facility is scheduled to open in 2013 and will be home to Penn State's men's and women's ice hockey programs.

Terry Pegula, primary donor for the new Pegula Ice Arena, was interviewed by the Big Ten Network prior to ground breaking ceremonies for the building on April 20, adjacent to the construction site on the University Park campus, The 6,000 seat facility will open in 2013.
