Homecoming Parade 001
Kim and Terry Pegula, accompanied by Penn State's Associate Athletic Director for Ice Arena Operations Joe Battista, were the Grand Marshal's at Penn State's 2012 Homecoming Parade. The parade, held Oct. 5, began near the Bryce Jordan Center on the University Park campus and made it's way through campus to downtown State College.

Penn State President Rodney Erickson accompanied the Lion Ambassadors as the group rode through the streets of the University Park campus and downtown State College during the 2012 Homecoming Parade on Oct. 5. Natalie Dell, Penn State Olympian, proudly displayed her bronze medal from the 2012 Summer Olympics as she motored through the Penn State Homecoming Parade on Oct. 5. Dell earned her medal as part of the USA Rowing team.

Alumni from the Penn State Greater Hampton Roads, Va. Chapter proudly marched in the 2012 Homecoming Parade on Oct. 5. Alumni association chapters from around the nation were represented in the annual parade.

The Penn State cheerleaders entertained the crowd lining the Homecoming Parade route on Oct. 5. The annual parade began at the Bryce Jordan Center on the University Park campus and made it's way through the streets of campus and into downtown State College. Homecoming festivities will continue through the weekend at Penn State.

Traditionally the annual Penn State Homecoming Parade is highlighted by an appearance by the Penn State Blue Band. The theme of this years parade, held Oct. 5, was 'The Glory Echoes On.'
