Carranda Barkdoll is an instructor in nursing at Penn State Mont Alto. She teaches medical surgical nursing concepts and has also taught leadership and behavioral health nursing, health assessment for the RN to B.S. program, trauma and critical care, and women's health. She is the campus coordinator for both the A.S. and RN to B.S. degrees in nursing. Barkdoll's master's research was on heroin use/addiction in rural Pennsylvania adolescents.
